Timesheets keep themselves, overtime is worked out right.

Technicians clock in and out by scanning the QR code on site. 45-hour weeks, 150% overtime, weekly rest day and public holiday rules are built in; export at month end in one click.

What you can do

Clock in by QR and location

The QR code posted on site is scanned and the location checked. Clocking in without the QR is recorded and tagged.

Turkish labour law built in

45 hours a week, at most 11 hours a day, 150% overtime, weekly rest day and public holiday rates; the rules can be changed.

Monthly salary or hourly rate

A monthly salary or hourly rate per person; rate history is kept and a raise never changes past pay.

Review and approval

Punches outside the site, without a location or left open are flagged; corrections need a reason and shifts are approved.

Total to pay

Salary + overtime, per person and in total; overtime days shown apart.

Export for payroll

CSV for everyone or the people you select.
